The Chisago Lakes One Act team advances to Zimmerman high school, to compete towards earning a state performance at O’Shaughnessy on the campus of St. Catherine’s in February.  Chisago took a third at the sectionals held at North Branch January 27. The group staged A Trip to the Moon, set in the transformative summer of 1969...it uses humor and heart to teach about who we are and who we could be and remind the audience to reach for the stars (from the play synopsis.) Chisago cast members are: Joshua Abbott, JT Adams, Katreana Brehm, Kaitlin Carlson, Janessa Dainty, Kylie Hawkinson, Gabriel Muedeking,  Annika Swanson; and on sound, Barden Bresnahan, Max Jones on lights and Marcy Nelson, backstage tech.   As host for sectionals, North Branch one act came in fifth place ending their season.
