SharonLee Faye (Boyd) Jackson, 68, passed away Sunday, Oct. 11, 2009 peacefully at her home with her husband and children by her side.
SharonLee was born January 15, 1941. She attended Roseville High School. SharonLee and Andrew relocated to Lindstrom, MN in 1977 to fulfill their dream to live on a lake. They resided there for 23 years, later moving to St. Croix Falls, WI near their favorite State Park.
SharonLee loved to cook. She enjoyed working in her flower and vegetable gardens in the spring and summer. In the fall and winter she and Andrew enjoyed hiking in the state park. SharonLee also loved crafts, was a beautiful painter, and loved to crochet blankets and slippers for her family. Sharon was an amazing wife, mother and friend. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her loving family: mother Phyllis Boyd, brothers Graham (Margaret) Boyd and Terrance Boyd, husband Andrew Jackson, children Dean Henderson, Duane Henderson and Tara (Chad) Nelson. SharonLee has four grandchildren: Rachel, Joey, Jackson, and Ally. She has 5 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and many friends.
SharonLee is preceded in death by father Graham Boyd and son David Henderson.
Memorial Service 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, at Grandstrand Funeral Home in Lindstrom. Time of gathering from 1 - 3 p.m. A Private family interment will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be left at www.grand strandfh.com.
