ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS:
4th Street/CR 55 Reconstruction

Separate sealed bids for 4th Street/CR 55 Reconstruction Project will be received by the Board of Commissioners of Chisago County at the Office of the Clerk of the Board, 313 N. Main Street, Suite 170, Center City, Minnesota 55012 until 1:00 P.M. on the 8th day of May, 2018, and then at said time publicly opened and read aloud.
Major quantities for the Work include:

- 800 LF 12-INCH DIP WATER MAIN
Bids shall be on the form provided for that purpose and according to the Bidding Requirements prepared by Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH®) dated February 20, 2018.

Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3.
The proposed contract is subject to minimum wage rates as set forth by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry and incorporated into the Specifications http://workplace.doli.state.mn.us/prevwage.
Bids shall be directed to the County Clerk, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, “BID FOR 4TH STREET/CR 55 RECONSTRUCTION.”
The County reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the County.
