BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT -
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
(April 5, 2018)
The Chisago County Board of Adjustment will meet in its regular public hearing session on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in Meeting Room 150B of the Chisago County Government Center in Center City. They will also make a tour of the agenda items on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. departing from Public Works at 31325 Oasis Road, Center City, MN. The following are the agenda items of new business:
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PUBLIC HEARING 7:00 P.M.
John Barnes - John Barnes requests a variance to construct a fence taller than the maximum height along a road right of way. This is located in Chisago Lake Township, Hillsview Estates, Lot 1, Block 1, at 30980 Wallmark Lake Drive (PID #02.01271.20).
Robert Steman - Mr. Steman requests a variance to install a new foundation and crawl space under his cabin, closer to the lake and road than the required setback. This is located in Fish Lake Township, Cambridge Lake Estates Unit III, Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, at 46399 Cambridge Drive (PID #03.00846.00).
Steve Erickson – Mr. Erickson requests a variance to build a garage closer to the road than the required setback. This is located in Chisago Lake Township, Lot 3, Block 1, Herberg Beach, at 32203 Herberg Court (PID #2.01243.00).
Mike Guthrie - Mr. Guthrie requests a variance to add a deck onto his cabin, closer to the lake than the required setback. This is located in Nessel Township, Sec. 15, T.37, R.22 (PID #06.00304.10).
Jeremy Iverson - Mr. Iverson requests a variance to odd onto a cabin closer to the lake, road and bluff than the required setback. This is located in Nessel Township, County Auditor’s Plat I, Lot 1, at 415 Acacia Way (PID #06.00746.10).
Jim Minnichsoffer - Mr. Minnichsoffer requests a variance to create an unplatted tract of land having less than 500 feet of width. This is located in Franconia Township, Sec. 31, T.33, R.19, at 24925 St. Croix Trail (PID #04.00279.00).
