Notice is hereby given that under and by virtue of a judgment entered in the above-entitled action on August 27, 2012, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing sale of the property hereinafter described to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due to the Plaintiff in the above action from Defendants Michael K. Sontag and Peggy Tolman-Sontag a/k/a Peggy Sue Tolman-Sontag, the Sheriff of Chisago County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, on November 16, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the Sheriff’s Office, 313 North Main Street, Rm 100, Center City, MN, in said state and county, the premises and real estate described in said judgment, being in Chisago County, Minnesota, to wit:
